Keifer Art Studio
This art studio was built for nationally recognized artist Kathleen Keifer and her husband Jim. It is used as her painting studio and as Jim's work studio. Jim is a successful toy and game designer.
The structure was oriented to capture the unbelievable view of Taquitz Peak and Garner Valley. Built in a Rustic Craftsman style, the studio features a unique cantilevered deck and sturdy beamwork. The interior features Brazilian hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling and a knotty pine ceiling.
